Return & Exchange Policy
Shipments will occur as soon as the order can be filled (5-10 business days). You will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. If there should be any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away via email or telephone. Please see below for more details on delivery time.
Orders over $75 ship FREE via USPS Standard Shipping in the US Continental ONLY (sorry everyone else)
Orders must total $75 before tax (and after any promotional discounts) to qualify. Surcharges for large items may still apply.
Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days.
Shipments outside the Continental US:
Sorry we do not ship outside of the Continental US right now.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
Title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States. This means that as the purchaser, you are responsible for and are considered the owner of the package in tracking and tracing your package once it is tendered by the shipping carrier USPS.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to the Hard Luck Show
All sales are final.

If you need to exchange for a different size, purchaser (you) must pay for and send the item back to the Hard Luck Show. Once we receive the item we will then send back to you free of charge.
